Situated in Jarvis Brook, the house is close to shops, post office, doctors' surgery and railway station. The accommodation comprises nine bed-sitting rooms, each with en-suite facilities (shower, wash basin and toilet).

Each room is furnished by the resident to his or her own taste. Built in wardrobe units are provided in each room as well as TV points.

The common areas, including the dining room and large conservatory, are tastefully carpeted and furnished.

The house is centrally heated and each of the rooms has double-glazing. A well-maintained garden is available for residents’ use. There is a chair lift to the first floor.

The house is fully equipped with fire appliances and fire doors.
